    5 Ways to Lose Extra Pounds With Fat Loss for Idiots

    If you have heard about Fat Loss For Idiots program, then you definitely know that it concentrates on diet and caloric shifting. It claims to help you lose more weight in a matter of days. Although it may sound too good to be true, I have a few tips that can make the whole thing actually work better.

    # Exercises 3 Times a Week. 3 short sessions of 45 minute workouts with 20 minutes of total body resistance training followed by 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training can actually blast your metabolism over its maximum rate leading to much greater fat loss even while you sleep.

    # Keep Moving. If you sit around all day doing nothing but watching TV or staring at your computer, take a few minutes break off the comfort zone. Get up and do 10 pushups every hour. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

    # Walk for 30 minutes every day. Fresh air and more mobility will increase blood flow in your heart leading to better metabolism.

    # Sleep at least 8 hours a day. If you sleep less, you will be hurting your metabolic rate because stress is a big key to getting fat.

    # Do a bit of jogging or cycling or something for half an hour that can sweat your pants which claim to be sweatpants but don’t carry sweat most of the time.

    These are few of the many ways to elevate your metabolism higher than what your current rate not concerning if you are following the Fat Loss for Idiots program or not, but I would like to add that proper nutrition is key to effective and quick fat loss.

    Proper Diet has 80% control over your weight loss efforts so it is very important to have a proper diet plan with at least 6 frequent meals a day. Also having 6 meals a day doesn’t literally mean eating 6 huge meals in a day. It simply means eating 6 short meals a day instead of 3 large ones.

    …Make sure to include enough lean protein and fiber rich carbs in ever meal.

    Just because nutrition and diet plays the major role, it doesn’t mean you can skip the exercise part. Of course you will still lose weight, but if you want a great body toned to your desire, then you need to workout. If you don’t, you will look thin, but still be a bit saggy showing signs that you were previously overweight.
